Minister Ellis came to Spoken Word Church in June of 2011. Prior to that, Minister Ellis evangelized every Saturday on the street corners and sidewalks in Seattle from 2003 to 2011. The name of the street ministry is Evangelism On The City Streets, which was established in 2003, after his commissioning as an Evangelist at City Church of Kirkland with Pastor Wendell Smith.
During his time with Spoken Word Church, he has been an integral part of Speaking Life To The World Developers Outreach, is currently in charge of the Unseen Hands Ministry, and is an Alumni Graduate of Sonship School of the Firstborn – Class of 2018, under the tutelage of Dr. Darryl R. Simmons.
Among Minister Ellis’s many God-given talents, he has also served in the U.S. Air Force and is currently in his 34nd year with the U.S. Postal Service. Above all, Minister Evangelist Elis is obedient to the Spirit of God and his leadership at Spoken Word Church. His First Love is winning souls for Christ. Praying continually and being led by the Spirit of God, the Lord has given him a new platform; Evangelism One Radio.
